CASA SEMBENINI Viale Dante, 5: In the downtown area of Riva and just 200 metres from the lake. Liberty house. 10 prestigious apartments, 3 with balcony, furnished in romantic lines with a touch of sophisticated elegance. Kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave oven, sink, tableware, safe, separate heating system in some apartments, SAT/TV, bicycle depot (in the our motorbike rent shop: 9.00-12.30 and 15.00/16.00-19.30), internet wireless, garage (3 parking place) and washing machine on request. Casa Sembenini also offers its guests an ample Terrace (about 300 mq).

§          Special conditions for stay of 7 nights or longer (no in high season).

§          Prices are per day per apartment.

§          Children till 3 years old sleeping with their parents gratis.

§          Table-linen and shower towels are not furnished.

§          Your friends on four legs: € 5,00 per day.

§         Air conditioning, apartment F: (on request) € 5,00 per day.

§         Internet wireless: € 15,00 per week.

§          Babycot free on request.

§          Less than 5 nights stay: bed-linen and towels are not furnished.

§          Price includes: bed-linens, towels, taxes, electricity, hot water, heating, safe in apartment, bike storage, final cleaning (rubbish removal and dish washing to be done by the guests. Evtl. Penalty € 100,00).

§          Beach, sailing club Fraglia, Palacongressi: 200m away.

§          A private garage (at 300 mt) by request and at the cost of 6,00 euro/day, or special permission for parking in the on-payment streets of the town (5,00 euro/day).

§          It's possible to use the washing-machine (in the 1° floor) at price of € 4,00 which includes detergent for complete cycle.

§          Arrival between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.

§          Meeting point at the DAINESE PRO SHOP, in the ground floor of Casa Sembenini – Tel: 0464/554548 or 0464/561029.

§          The apartments must be vacated ultimately at 9 a.m.

§          Smoking in the apartments and in the hall of Casa Sembenini is not allowed.

§          Extra bed linens change: € 6,00 per person.

§          Extra towels change: € 4,00 per person.

§          The apartment booking is confirmed when a deposit (caparra confirmatoria) of € 200,00 per apartment has been paid (1 week after the reservation).

§          The remaining amount must be paid on consignment of the keys at the beginning of the occupancy.

§          On consignment of the keys is request a damage deposit of € 100,00 that will be refunded to the guest at the moment of departure after having controlled the apartment.

SPECIAL OFFERS

§          Fidelity: if you were just our guest before and now want to book a new stay, you can get a 5% discount.

§          7=6: for a stay of 7 nights only 6 will be charged (not valid in high season).

§          14=12: for a stay of 14 nights only 12 will be charged (not valid in high season).

§          Booking as soon as possible: if your reservation will be confirmed 60 days before, you can get 10% discount.

We are able to confirm the special offers just for a minimum of 7 nights stay, although you can combine some of them.
